Thank you for the access tips. It's been a real help to me in developing a program to track client data at our counseling center. Read your articles with interest. I like your uncomplicated approach. Although I don't use unbound forms, I learned a lot about updating tables from unbound controls (very useful) from recent series. With thanks.

I looked all over the Web to find out how to open a Word document by using a command button in an Access form. There were so many "solutions", all kinds of confusing code, etc. And it didn't work. I found the simple solution on your site, tried it, and it worked perfectly. I only wish I'd found your site sooner. Thanks!
